Private mindfulness workshops and office yoga programs bring teams together to heal, grow, and have fun!

Mindfulness Workshops are personalized to meet the needs and culture of the organization. Workshops can focus on reducing stress, desk ergonomics, stretches for healthier work days, mindful time management and more.

All workshops include an introduction to mindfulness, gentle relaxation, and time to ask questions. 

Types of groups Beth has created workshops for include:

  • College student organizations
  • College departments
  • Pre-school teachers
  • Private organizations (banks, marketing firms)
  • Patient advocacy groups
  • Girl Scout Troops
Price varies by the size and needs of the group, in-person or online, and funding access.  Beth strives to make mindfulness available to all people in need.
