Join our community class for an inspiring experience of breath work, mudra, mantra, meditation and visualizing positive possibilities.

Bring a notebook or journal and a pen to class. 

New to meditation? This class is a great way to begin! Beth offers a variety of techniques to stay anchored in the present so you can discover the tools that works best for you.

Experienced meditators enjoy Beth’s unique use of yoga mudras (finger & hand gestures), mantras, affirmations, and techniques to amplify intuition.

Partners, children and pets are welcome to attend – as attention span allows! This class is designed for adults, but children who listen often relax deeply and fall asleep easily after class
