Yoga is union. It's a simple choice to align our mind and body in the present moment.
In our culture we often think of yoga postures when we hear of "yoga," but there is much more to this practice than interesting pics we see on Instagram! There are many ways to come back into our natural alignment!
In this weekly, online class you will experience the ancient elements of yoga that lead to peace - in the comfort of your home.
It will feel like a yoga or guided meditation class. You will learn about the 8 limbs (aspects) of yoga and practice them for use in daily life. You will hear Beth's voice most of the time, so your mind will have less time to wander than you might expect!
Each class journey includes:
- A yogic topic
- Centering skills
- Guided breath work to draw attention inward (pranayama & pratyahara)
- Mudras and mantras to enhance concentration (dharana)
- Guided relaxation
- Guided meditation (dhyana)
This class is designed to be taken as a live, online class or enjoyed as a recorded class.
Every registrant receives the class recording to watch or listen to for 7 days after the live program.

Class Fees:
Purchase a Single Class Pass for $15 to try a class. The class fee is discounted the more frequently that you attend, so Multi-Class Passes are available when you are ready to give yourself this gift of peace.
