Our mindful practices help people fall asleep and return to sleep after our natural awakenings each night.
Yes, we are designed to wake up during the night! Understanding and accepting the beauty of natural sleep rhythms can help us better prepare for peaceful sleep.
In this program we’ll explore sleep and experience relaxation to enhance rest. You’ll leave feeling more informed and ready to shift right into slumber. We’ll discuss:
- How to set yourself up for successful sleep
- Practices to fall asleep
- Strategies for resting and returning to sleep
- Meditation to support your sleep goal
All are welcome, no mindfulness experience required. Teens ages 16 and older can attend on their own, and younger children can cuddle up with a parent to experience peaceful rest.
How To Join Us:
1. Log in to purchase a Workshop Pass or use your existing Multi-Class Pass to attend.
2. Click on our Calendar and Reserve your seat for April 28 at 7:30pm EDT.
3. You’ll receive a link to join the online workshop one day prior to the event.
4. You’ll receive the class recording to view for 14 days when the event ends.

Pass purchases are non-refundable but are transferrable. This means that you can transfer them to a friend or donate them to someone in need of peace. All expired Pass purchases are automatically donated to our Bank of Peace for people with financial need.

You can cancel your Reservation for a Workshop in your account up to
3 hours prior to the start time. Canceling does not refund your purchase, but you can contact Beth to apply your investment towards another program (
