Why spend a beautiful summer night online with us?
- The waves of thoughts, emotions and sensations don't stop for summer break!
- We need anchors to help us get grounded and steady as we let the waves settle.
- The positive effects are immediate, and practices are taught so that you can easily continue them in daily life.
- Clients report feeling calm, clear, quiet, relaxed and in less pain after every class.
New and experienced meditators are invited to attend. Beth intentionally offers a variety of techniques so that you can discover the tools that works best for you.
Children, partners and pets are welcome to attend too – as attention span allows! This class is designed for adults, but teens and children relax and fall asleep easily after class
Beth also welcomes a special audience – people who live with chronic pain (lasting longer than 3-6 months). Her training and experience with chronic illness and pain have given her a depth of knowledge in thriving with life-long medical conditions that will not “get well soon.”
Does it really work? Yes! Research shows that mindfulness - practiced consistently - changes our response to stimuli. Beth leads practices that are deeply relaxing, broaden coping skills, and cultivate positive emotions.
Conditions that Beth supports with mindful practices include but are not limited to: muscle and joint pain, headaches, migraines, fibromyalgia, IBS or digestive pain, chronic pelvic pain, anxiety, depression, sleep struggles, and chronic medical conditions.
How to Join:
1. Purchase a Single Class Pass or a multi-class Pass (4, 6 or 8 classes). Beth will extend the Pass expiration dates to allow for her vacation and yours.
2. Reserve your spot in a class.
