Mindfulness is the practice of being present and observing life as it is – without judgment. To be mindful is to be aware. 

Meditation is moving from activity into stillness. There are many ways to meditate, and meditation is just one way to be mindful.

This unique Mindfulness & Meditation class offers a variety of techniques to build your muscles of presence in a calming, rejuvenating way.

Mindfulness is a remedy for the discomforts of stress, worry, hurry, pain, ailments, and feeling overwhelmed. If you are ready to ditch hustle culture for a better quality of life, this class is for you.

Everyone is successful here! Beth offers self-paced exercises to make mindfulness accessible. Like any skill we need to practice consistently to cultivate focus, concentration, and awareness.

What’s It Like?
You'll experience deep relaxation in your home during our online class. Wear your cozy clothes, sit in a comfortable seat, and give your nervous system a rest.

Mindfulness & Meditation will feel similar to a yoga class without the stretching. Weekly classes have a familiar rhythm with a new opening theme each week, as Beth applies mindfulness to daily living. All classes offer deep relaxation and most people get sleepy.

  • Beginners are always welcome.
  • Advanced practitioners appreciate the variety of breath work, mudras and mantras.
  • Partners, children and pets are welcome to view the live class or the recording.
Beth leads trauma-aware classes, teaching in a way that encourages personal safety, choice, and empowerment for all participants.
